Its all about rentals right now. What goes down, must come up. Im working with homes selling through short sales. We got lots here, even good neighborhoods. With good down payments, mortgage payments can be less then rent charged. Difference or the cash flow I put back into the mortgage. Dont want to realize any income taxes are to high. I'm getting my tenants to pay of the home and I'm sure things will bottom in a couple years. Hope to get at least one home a year. I take to much time to choose.
