Increasing the post count requirements only encourages people to post more useless shit.
I see all these posts about newbies hurting the forum.... but when you look at 80% of the bullshit threads, they are not started by newbies.

I think it's a good idea to consolidate the forum sections and remove all the "sticky" threads.
