What is holding you back from making money?

To add on to my original post, I half-ass at everything I do. I can make money from almost anything on the web.. doing web design for clients, building turnkeys, site flipping, forums, arbitrage, blogging, ebay, etc. I've done well, made money from most of those but I'm just too damn lazy at keeping consistent. I spend way too much time on forums and not doing any actual work. :)

I'm just starting out and nothing is holding me back...and nothing will. Sure money is the factor for things going slow but I'm hitting a 4:1 ROI and it keeps rising.

If I Had $100 to spend a day I would be hitting my $300 profit per day already...but that will come with in the next 3 months (my goal).

Being under 18 means most affiliate networks won't accept me, I can't get a credit card or anything to do PPC arbitrage, etc etc.

My guess is that its YOU. I think that you hold yourself back.

When you have an hour free, what are you doing? Sitting in front of the TV? Reading useless info on the internet? So if your are really serious about making money, take 1/2 hour and focus on your internet ventures. Spend the other 1/2 hour relaxing and watch TV or wandering around the internet aimlessly (down time is healthy and contributes to success).

When you have a few extra bucks are you buying booze , a "toy", or too many energy drinks? Take 1/2 that money (you should enjoy some of the fruits of your labour) and pay your credit card down to reduce the interest payments. Do you really think you can quit that day job and focus on internet income with the debts you have now? Of course not, get rid of debt!

You lack skill. How much money are you putting out that you could put in your own pocket, if you advanced your skill? If you knew more, for those jobs that should be outsourced for efficiency, you could make better choices. Commit some time to becoming more educated. It is slow and painful, but isn't it MORE painful to be unskilled?

You think you can't make money because you don't know the "right" entrepreneurs. Look at how you present yourself. Do you attract or repel the people who could help you? When someone helps you do you suck the life out of them or find a way to balance it and give back? When you can't pay it "back" do pay it "forward"?

I challenge you to take a look at what you are doing and re-evaluate. Stop holding yourself back. Don't be afraid of positioning yourself to succeeed. Manage just 1/2 your time and resources differently and I believe you will see results.

If you do have money go open up a bank account and go and talk to one of the office staff to get a debit card with a mastercard/visa logo on it. Then you're all set.

I wouldn't let age stop you. Accidently type on applications your wrong age. Just be responsible.

Just make a ton of sites and then when you turn 18 you can put ads on them. Your sites will already be established and you should be able to make a ton of money the day you turn 18.

If I was doing this at 18 I'd be a multi millionaire today.

It isn't ads, I just signed up to adsense and all the other networks in my parents name then got the money sent to my bank account. They never suspected anything ;)

The only thing that you are limited to when you are under 18 is credit cards, that is it. You can sign up to anything else with your name (grow some balls ;)) or with your parents names (don't tell them :D)

I did just that, I only recently told them I signed up under dad's company and said I made a few grand from it in the last few months and they didn't really care.

Prostitution is not legal in vegas (clark county), however it is legal in Nye County which is 45 minutes outside of las vegas and covers a large portion of Nevada.

You better watch out here, as your parents are now going to have to pay taxes on what you made.

Not true - you can get a credit card, with your name on it, when you are under 18 provided you have an adult on the account. I have had one since I was 16. Good way to build credit and it helps with a lot of things online.
 
I just got my Adderall prescription refilled so I'm good to go now!

Adderall and thumping trance or house are a deadly combination for me. I can crank out shit with the best of them with the two.
