What is the name of the 3rd-party verification SW Jon recommended?

Jon said it was well work the $20/month too. It's supposed to help with click fraud and settling disputes.

Sorry, I just can't remember the name of it. I am sure it would be helpful to others here as well.

I think it was adwatcher. I am using it, but I am now testing a new custom built app with a friend that does more of what I want and need.
