noscript is an html tag which you will see the contents of if you have a script blocker, ad blocker, or just have javascript turned off.

It is of course true that a browser without javascript, flash and scripting makes every website 100% less functional and more ugly.

Though just like adBlock you can allow sites you trust. Course Some of the people extremely anal about blocking everything, probably don't convert anyways.

That's what a secondary browser is for.
Have FF3 for all your own uses, with all the plugin goodness you can handle, and IE6 when you want to pretend you're an average user.
