What to Do if the IRS Comes for You

^^^excellent, concise article from Bottom Line. Self-employed people are vastly more likely to get audited than timeclock appendages ... I am continually amazed at the number of people in this business who do not handle the legal ramifications of being self-employed properly.

A friend of mine who's approaching sixty is broke... His marriage was on the rocks earlier this year and that was before he was audited.

After the audit he found out he owes 21K more from when he used to make money and that was the final straw for his wife.

It totally devastated him...
 
What to do if the IRS comes for you? Hide in a missile-proof bunker on a part of the globe far away from the middle east - jungles are no good since satellites can see right through the canopies.

The strict deadlines section of that article - I once got a letter saying I owed money and it was due by a certain date. I live overseas and the letter arrived after the deadline had already passed. They are such twats.

Good stuff. +rep. Boardroom/Bottom Line is always putting out the best info. Their marketing is so on point as well. They do ~ 300 million/year all from newsletter and information marketing.

all the while, chanting love, kids and harmony? fuck.

people need to wake up. the things men and women desire in eachother are not in fact the same. time to put control back in place. marry a woman who had nothing, has nothing and won't have anything besides personality and appearance. have your life proper and she will never have/never had/won't have the means to jump ship when things get less comfortable... there's a reason people with less income|assets stay together longest, versus PhD divorce rates. independence by default means, well, no need to coexist!

nature and people have different agendas.

Marrying a woman who had/has nothing does not guarantee she won't jump ship when the seas get rough. Especially, if she gets a taste of the "good life" you'll be providing. It's a lot easier to get adjusted to life's finer things when you come from nothing than the other way around. And trust me, there are plenty of guys willing to offer that - when you can't - if the woman looks good.
 
Don't you think that they (cops) are way too much of it in this video ? Especially when some guys even do not even run from them or so ?

I thought only ours are so...
