I simply thought it's some sort of promo just like this edu offers, but this one may suck for potential recruits...cause while lot of criminals really really deserve such behaviour and even more, still lot of people on that video definitely not imho. And I highly doubt this policemans on it would do anything against some really serious "bad boys"

I know a plummber in my community that is going to lose his license
cause he had bad record keeping over the past 5 years. He got audited and the IRS said "you owe us $95k".

cant pay up so he will go out of business, not sure about jail or anything like that.
