I've heard of quite a few "To Do" applications such as todoist and remember the milk. What app do you guys use to stay organized and line up your projects? Also why do you use that particular application?

I'm using this to create a to do list on my desktop. It lets me easily add new to-do's and you can add extra notes to it.

I build up a stack of to-do's the day before and then work things down the next day.

Evernote, paid version.
primarily because of amount of stuff it can handle, search and tagging features and fairly easy to use GTD with.
also cloud based so if something local breaks..

I use Microsoft OneNote for my note-taking program. I think it's one of Bill's best proggies cause you can cut and past images into the thing and move them around as necessary. Sometimes I'll take screenshots of my numbers this way. It also has the "checkbox" feature which I like when I make my to-do list the night before. Plus, all text is searchable, including image text which makes it a very powerful proggie.

For quick notes that I want at my fingertips, I use the free program "Stickies."

I've been using rainlendar ever since I saw it posted on this board, will never need anything else as far as a fully functional to-do app that's free..

Rainlendar - Home

Mostly use it for major events.. whiteboard and notepad are still my favorite tools for the small stuff.
