You'll never find a good fake online. Too many risks for someone making them to ship their handiwork to someone they've never even seen. Make some connections, ask your guy, etc.
My friend got a DMV fake a year ago for ~$120 from the right friend. "Legitimate" Texas ID, scans, blacklights, has his real name so he can use credit at the register, just has him as one year older.

ask a friend who is over 21 and looks similar to you (if they don't have a spare, ask them to get a duplicate at the DMV (in most states you can mail in for one and it takes like two weeks, maybe $30 - $45.))

As stated above, if you use a FAKE ID from another area, for example a English fake ID in America, I'm sure not many Americans know what a British ID card looks like, so your best bet would be something very similar to that.

Lemon, you can go to ISSTA and get a fake student ID that is accepted everywhere (people at the doors usually don't give a fuck to ask for clarifications, altho have no idea how it goes in States.)

When you go there, the only thing that they will ask you is how old are you and what is your birth date, so have that fake info ready.
Got some friends that needed 25+ id's for clubs and it works like a charm every time!
