Where to invest about $200,000?

real estate is risk-free & renting is pretty much hassle-free. I understand this forum doles out some of the best real estate & investment advice on the free web but you're just wasting time - do it.

Well, if you think the Dollar is about to Hyperinflate, here's the way to go...

1. Get 19 x $10k-down Mortgages on the nicest 19 properties you can find.

2. Rent them to nice renters who cover the notes but do repairs too.

3. Invest the last $10k in precious Metals.

4. Wait for hyperinflation, sell precious metals for $2.5 million or more.

5. Pay off all 19 properties in cash, without blinking an eye.

6. Retire on 19 incomes. Or Repeat. Whatever.
