I started my LLC in 2007, it was my first year doing AM full time and I have never filed a business return before. My father has been telling me just to use the regular version of TaxCut, but to me it seems like using the business edition would be a better idea. He already has a copy of TaxCut Premier or whatever, should I just use that or spend extra for the business edition?

I used TurboTax Premium this year (which included personal aff marketing earnings). If their Home and Business version for LLC's is just as simple and accurate as Premium, I'd so go for it.

But then again if you earned a SHITLOAD you may want a CPA or the similar.

My income was entirely from aff marketing. I did plan on using a CPA but I met with about 5 in the past couple months and didn't like any of them, so it looks like I'm stuck doing my own return.

If it makes any difference my company is a sole proprietor LLC, I am single, and I don't own a home.

I just downloaded Turbo Tax Business for free from intuit's website, the federal version is free but they charge $50 for the state one. I'm going to start messing with it now, I'll post again later to let you guys know how I like it.
