Its the intellectual property & passing off which is the sue-able offense.

It takes over 12 weeks from the time you purchase a .ai domain for the government to go ahead and approve it.

I'd know because I bought one a month ago and I'm still waiting for the government of Anguilla to approve it.

Any idea of what the Anguilla gov looks at during the approval process?
