why am i getting a certificate error message

i've been getting a certificate error message everytime i sign into my hosting accounts and some of the other sites that have that. i've tried to look at my settings but hell i don't know what needs done.

any advice as to what it is and how i can change it? thanks.

i did though cancel my automatic renewal with them. but it seems it was doing it before that. i don't have the url anymore to the sites. i've canceled them awhile back.
