Just wanted to warn anyone on here not to do business with Chris Blagden.
He PMed me on WickedFire and said he had a Yahoo Feed I could send arb traffic to, which he did. Problem is, he never paid. I would never post something like this on here, but I've tried to get payment for 4 months with no response over the last 2 months and would like to help any other WickedFire users avoid the same situation. I also warned that I would post here if he did not respond.

Yeah you gotta be really careful with people offering their feeds out and promising to pay on them. I banned him until he emails me with some payment proof. We can't really take chances with stuff like that.
 
You know there's about 1,000 legitimate reasons he didn't pay you. I'm sure you signed an agreement before anything happened, correct?
 
Thank you. I think he pays other people, just not me. The feed was UK only and it really didn't turn out to be all that feasible for either of us. I'm sure he just figured we probably were not going to do much more business together, so why pay? Anyway, I have email logs of all this, including him saying he sent a check and that it was probably lost in the mail, and that he'd cancel that and send a wire instead. That was the last I heard. He seemed like a good guy, and I still accept the possibility this could be a misunderstanding, but I cannot get a response from him via PM, IM or email, so this was my last option.
As far as legit reasons not to pay, the fact that he said everything was fine and that he was going to pay - and even sent a check that was lost nullifies that possibility. I wasn't sending crap traffic or anything and never had any complaints. I was also in constant communication during the whole test. Truthfully, I expected the chances he wouldn't pay were pretty high, but thought it was worth a test. I'm learning to be more conservative with these gambles. If I can get a response or a legit reason for non payment/response, I will be the first person to help repair any damage I've done with this post.
 
Haha, that possibility occurred to me actually, or maybe his laptop was stolen with all his IM and email passwords... but then I saw him post on WickedFire recently. So PMed him with a warning that I was going to do a public message, got no response, and here we are.

No matter what it is, he must pay up.
If you were at DP right now, wouldn't you have demanded payment before service?
The only reason you actually offered to provide him with the traffic first and then let him make the payment was because this is WICKEDFIRE. Everyone here can be trusted!!
We wouldn't want an environment like DP developing on WF too, would we?
Wickedfire's reputation is at stake here..
If the dude doesn't pay up, I'm pretty sure the mods will come down hard on him!
We can't have a cheap ass among us who thinks he could get away so lightly...

he hasn't paid you because his laptop is infected with the 'mattw' virus.

This replaces all occurrences of your email address with 'sucker@fuckmyass.com'.

You could try calling his mom - she doesn't like it when he steals from the other kids.
 
Hey everyone,
Chris heard about this thread, got a hold of me and paid in full! He had an issue with an office break-in that ended up killing all the ways I had to reach him. He cleared everything up however, paid quickly, and I can say that he is an honest and friendly guy who just got caught in an unfortunate series of events that made things appear badly. Besides the communication issues, all my dealings with him have been top rate, and I can understand how these things happen. I have to say thanks to wickedfire for the help on this.
