I waited to provide a review on this one since it was used on a penalized site and wanted to test the effectiveness of the package on one keyword. This was completed in one day. So as far as speed is concerned, the OP completed this very quickly.

Nothing to really report here but the OP did reply to emails very quickly.

The report looked good so no complaints here. Tons of exact urls so that you can drop them into indexers if you want. The only issue that I'd mention here would be that I didn't always find my link in the SB blast report but aside from that it was good.

Overall, this hasn't had any impact on my SERPS, but again it was used on a penalized site so, what I'd like to do is try this out on a site that hasn't been penalized to see what the effect may have been. It looks like a solid package either way. I would still recommend this service regardless. You're getting wiki links, article links, a scrapebox blast, gets put through an indexer with screenshots.
