I'm late - but I am in. Just found these 2 threads last night. Feverishly read through them to see if I could still get in. Going back now to read them more in depth.

I have an "idea", just want to kick it around to see if it's any good.

While I *really* want to play, I won't make it by then. Too much work to do, too little time. Can't wait to see how you guys do, though!

I just kinda wanted to remind everyone (especially those *new* to blogging) that this is more of a learning experience than anything. So while I certainly appreciate your hesitation to post your URL in the "public" section, when we get into the "private" section you shouldn't worry. The main reason being that while everyone else participating will know your URL and what you're doing, you can have 10, 20, or more URLs that you are applying these techniques to that you are going to make a killing from. So let this blog be your "scratch paper," per se. Yeah, try like hell to make it earn you some dough, but you'll have plenty of time, and more important, knowledge to apply to your subsequent sites to make it worth having a few dozen people knowing your URLs.

I registered get-loan-advice.com, and I'm working on setting up wordpress for it. Looking forward to getting started.

I'm in, Decided to just use appleiphones.info, which I've had for a while but never done anything with. Just makin' some changes to the WP now...
 
I'm in, if it's not too late. Will post my url in the private area if I get accepted. It's already in my sig, want to use an existing wp site if it is ok, need to improve my site.
 
Anyone have problems using SpellCheck Wordpress?

Anyone having problems with Spellcheck? I try both of the plugins they have out and both are not working for me. Also the spell check in wordpress somewhat.. anyone can help thanxs

Had the same prob with the wp spell check, pain in the ass to configure. Try the spell check with firefox, works good for me.
 
Any recommendations for hosting? Are people using month by month hosting - or something longer?

Doesn't having the hosting month by month effect your page rank?

Sorry for the newbie questions
