Allow gays in your shop but ban pda.

You want their cash but not the sight of them frenching by the front door (I saw this at a grocery store in a NON GAY neighborhood not too long ago).

It's an issue because a lot of gays would engage in behaviors while in your store that would drive away the other customers, even ones who are not homophobic. Restraint is not a common word in the gay vocabulary.
