End of the rainbow
Today out of the blue, all my Yahoo ads that have been running for over a year have been "editorial removed" with no other information given. I swear these companies are just crazy. How hard would it be for them to include some helpful information so I know wtf their problem is so I can fix it?

I'm *this close* to dropping all our PPC campaigns and just focusing on everything else, at least in the competitive markets that requires you to always be pushing the line and being on the "edge". This crap is starting to get annoying and taking up too much time.

Anyone else seeing this with Yahoo lately? It's been a good ride though ...

I've had this happen numerous times. Just keep resubmitting and they'll get through eventually. They'll run from 1-2 weeks to 6-8 months before getting canned again. It's all completely random.

This is the exact crap that is going to have Yahoo banning people left and right like Google did(does).

Adwords screws me over all the time, and I thought I'd be safe with Yahoo, but now Yahoo is screwing up my campaigns as well.

Huh? You know how many people at Google and Yahoo and MSN doesn't even look at ads and they deny them anyways? If they are going to slap your ads with a Nerf Bat they are going to do it period. Has shit to do with someone resubmitting ads multiple times to see if they get them approved.

they've all made it so difficult that I plan on 0% revenue from PPC in 2010 - already down from ~60% in 2008 to ~15% in 2009.

who wants to communicate when you can just play god instead. I don't have time to play childish games with 24 year olds who feel empowered to be working in client services as such 'esteemed' companies.
