Also, since when did PR become a mark of credibility? 
I mean I could be a scam and have site of PR 10 (http://www.aojon.com/want-to-get-a-pagerank-of-10-in-3-months-for-free-heres-how/) or I could be a zillion dollar company spending millions on print and TV ads for a site I started a month ago and not doing any search marketing at all.

Registering people's names in order to profit off their successes is cybersquatting. It doesn't matter if they're A-list celebrities or CEO's. Even your neighbors garage band has rights on their band name under common law trademarks. There is no requirement that the name has to be famous or trademarked in order to file a UDRP case.

I'm not trying to bash you katoved, just an FYI. I wouldn't go posting this everywhere.
Anyone can take you to court if they feel that the name belongs to them and you registered it in bad faith. Though it is the WIPO court which sees over these matters.A-D said:

Suffice to say, when I was thinking of registering the domain name to redirect to digg or something... I checked it out. I saw someone registered it. Clearly, I knew it was registered to make money, but I also don't care that much about having the domain name.
What's interesting is that on Network Solutions, they sort of "enhance" the market...They let you click on a button that estimates the value of a domain name by the number of hits it finds on a search engine. Well that's dorky, of course anyone who is in press is going to get a big number...
So I offered the guy $250.00. He countered, I countered...
I still don't have the domain, but whatever. Anyway...nuff said.
