They say a great affiliate manager is crucial for making monies. I searched through WF for recommended AMs at each network and here's what I got so far -

Ad Drive - Volume10 - not an AM but claims to have strong contacts with them

Convert2Media - Ruck - it would be great to have Ruck as my AM, but he's the owner of the network and is busy as fuck, so any suggestions for an AM?

Ads4Dough - Smaxor - again, smaxor is the owner, any suggestions for an AM?

Even though i dont do traffic with them, Erica Messore from market leverage is really good and really goes out of her way to get you offers to run and use.
