Zensix hosting = FAIL

Do I give a shit about you or your website? No.

That's not true. You actually went way out of your way to help me get set up with a VPS (since your bare bones computer scientist servers are too advanced for me) after my former host insisted the explosion of traffic to one particular site was a DDOS attack (lol)

Maybe somewhere deep down inside you have a heart of gold.

Same. Not defending or criticizing the attitude. I have never been a customer but came close once discussing a VPS with subdigo. At some point in the conversation it became clear that what I needed wasn't a good fit with his company. Regardless he continued to spend time dispensing good advice that helped me choose another hosting company that has been close to perfect for my needs.

Subigo posted in this thread an hour or so ago and confirmed that he sold them @ $1k.

Search for the term "38 VPS clients - OpenVZ ($6,954.20/year)" on Google and you'll find his WHT thread.

I know but that's crazy. He sold a golden goose for a bucket of egg yolk. The buyer will make his money back in less than 6 months and after that it's win win win for him.

I was a Zensix customer for a little while.

I was completely new to VPS's etc, and for what its worth, Subigo did everything he could to help me, answering every question i asked even though it was an unmanaged plan.

I've had MUCH worse support from MUCH larger companies that cost a lot more. I could care less about what he says in a forum about customers, i paid a discount price for a decent VPS and received a solid service, no complaints here.

Oh shit, we're back to the top.

When I say, "Do I give a shit about you or your website? No." I'm not talking about VPS clients or even regular shared hosting clients. I'm talking about people who want to run scrapers and other things I have banned. Basically, the "WF ballers" who expect me to care more about them and their sites than they do. They throw it up on my $10/year plan and then want to complain and say things like "mail being down cost me $xxx per day!!!11". It's either complete bullshit (which is most likely the case) or they are retarded. Either way, I don't care, it's not my problem.

I help people with issues all the damned time and have went out of my way for people on WF multiple times. If you understand what you are signing up for, we'll get along. If not, I don't care about you or your problems at all.

If you're putting anything important on a shared hosting account, you're doing it wrong. If you're hosting DNS, mail, websites, etc... all on a single account or server, you're doing it wrong. If you want me to care that you have problems because you did it wrong, you'll be wanting for a very long time.

Is the company Chris starting a hosting company? What's the name?

Nope. Him and another guy have a couple of contracts with a large .com company to manage their back-end. From the sound of things, he probably won't even start a company and will end up just being an employee of that large .com in a few months. I'm pretty sure he'd flip burgers before doing any kind of job that includes the words "DirectAdmin" or "VPS" again.
