I don't believe it. He died a long time ago, I think, as he was incredibly ill at the time of 9/11 attacks. The fact that the guy wasn't ever even charged with 9/11 shows how thirsty for revenge we Americans can get. I have a hard time celebrating this kind of thing.

This is the real question. Certainly with his death the American public, at least, will take Islamic Terrorism off Defcon 5 and fail to even memorize the new Al Qaida head dude's name.

My guess is that we'll slowly get out of Afganistan and concentrate on Libya now... This whole thing seems like it was perfectly timed for Obama to get us on the ground in Libya asap.
