Where to Advertise?

Apart from the Adwords and other CPC/CPM leads that are quite the obvious options, can someone help me out and tell me where in the world can i get a list of high traffic sites where I can advertise my hosting package. Price is not the issue, do let me know. If you guys have your own stuff that brings in the moolah, Id be happy to send you funds.

Signup with a PPV network and bid on the "View our plans", "Our packages",etc pages of other hosting companies (scrape the pages and make a big list). You may be able to hijack the people if you have something better than those providers

PS - Not a serious advice, there might be better ways.
