it's not about me getting a review copy because i intended on waiting on the reviews and paying more. it's about who is leaving the reviews. only one qualified member would be leaving a review. one of the reviewers had 2 posts and 0 iTrader and people can't trust reviews like that, not to mention a person like that taking a review is against the rules.
i didn't mean to offend you at all and was trying to help and in fact was really looking forward to trying this service once the reviews check out, but i can't base my decision on new account reviews. if i were in the same predicament you are in now i would notify the unqualified reviewers that you can't do their orders and you have to refund their money unless they want to spend $10 more(i would as long as the reviews check out). like was stated by Kelowna, zingo is very strict when it comes to reviews.
i normally don't even warn people like i did you. i just let them get banned. i just hate to see a service that i was interested in and might actually be really good get terminated due to giving out reviews to unqualified members. i'm really sorry you took it the wrong way as i was trying to save you. hopefully you can get everything worked out with the unqualified reviewers because people get scared to spend money on something when the OP could get banned for breaking rules even if it was unintentional.
i understand your offering of 2 more reviews to qualified members to make it right and applaud that, but you are going to need to do your best to correct giving out the reviews to unqualified members. zingo has a zero tolerance when it comes to that and hopefully by correcting that you might could get off easy with a temp ban(then again you did already process the reviews), but i can't guarantee because zingo always says that it is our responsibility to follow the rules whether we read them or not.
i'm deeply sorry that things turned out this way when i was just trying to prevent you from processing the unqualified reviews to save your account. also sorry this message is so long, but i just wanted you to understand that my original post was only to help you not offend you.
