Among the other major crimes reported between 6 a.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday:
-- A 35-year-old man was discovered fatally wounded in a Ford Focus at 12:01 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of Holbrook. The circumstances aren’t known, police said.
-- A 19-year-old man was fatally stabbed during an argument with a 23-year-old woman at 12:05 a.m. Friday in the 15800 block of Coyle.
-- A 24-year-old man was shot when he intervened to help a 25-year-old woman who was being robbed at 12:25 a.m. Friday in the 17100 block of Redford. The man was listed in temporary serious condition, and the woman was not injured. The robber took the woman’s personal items and fled.
-- A 22-year-old woman was stopped at a traffic light at Buchanan and Livernois at 10:45 p.m. Thursday when a man opened her door, demanded money and shot her. She was in temporary serious condition.
-- A 49-year-old man was walking from a local gas station at East Warren and Garland at 5:55 a.m. Thursday when he heard shots and felt pain. He suffered a gunshot wound to the body and was in temporary serious condition.
-- A 23-year-old man was standing at a bus stop at West Seven Mile and Southfield at 3:30 p.m. Thursday when he was shot during an attempted robbery. He was in temporary serious condition.
