Don't trust anyone, especially a friend you've known for 10 years.

Just playing devil's advocate here, but it could have been a sawnoff? That has a chance of being able to be concealed, in the right clothes.

When I was working in a gun store I saw a guy with really baggy pants walk in, he looked around for a few minutes then pulled an AK out of his pants and asked our guy at the counter if we had someone that could do repairs on it. The buttstock was folded in which made it much smaller but still nobody could tell he had it on him till he pulled it out.

Kid lives in Detroit, has a monster of a scar on his arm, part of his head doesn't grow hair anymore, and his chest has a huge scar too.

When it comes to places like Detroit and New Orleans people getting shot is a daily occurrence.

The newspapers report it like this:

Among the other major crimes reported between 6 a.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday:
-- A 35-year-old man was discovered fatally wounded in a Ford Focus at 12:01 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of Holbrook. The circumstances aren’t known, police said.
-- A 19-year-old man was fatally stabbed during an argument with a 23-year-old woman at 12:05 a.m. Friday in the 15800 block of Coyle.
-- A 24-year-old man was shot when he intervened to help a 25-year-old woman who was being robbed at 12:25 a.m. Friday in the 17100 block of Redford. The man was listed in temporary serious condition, and the woman was not injured. The robber took the woman’s personal items and fled.
-- A 22-year-old woman was stopped at a traffic light at Buchanan and Livernois at 10:45 p.m. Thursday when a man opened her door, demanded money and shot her. She was in temporary serious condition.
-- A 49-year-old man was walking from a local gas station at East Warren and Garland at 5:55 a.m. Thursday when he heard shots and felt pain. He suffered a gunshot wound to the body and was in temporary serious condition.
-- A 23-year-old man was standing at a bus stop at West Seven Mile and Southfield at 3:30 p.m. Thursday when he was shot during an attempted robbery. He was in temporary serious condition.

Just because a reporter didn't sift through all the crime reports and make it a headline story doesn't make it any less credible.

There are people with crazy stories outside of the cubicle, trust me.

Anybody care to address any of the other 15 points I raised as to why it's obviously fake?

lol No. Because you're wrong. There's people that know the kid, his sister, his girlfriend.

All of his family and friends and former high school classmates are all sharing and liking and commenting on the videos on Facebook. Are they in on this too?

And as we all know from wickedfire SBT, it's impossible to fake facebook activity..

His family/friends commenting on facebook doesn't prove anything, they may not be 'in on it' but are falling for the hoax the same as everyone else.

I think making some fake facebooks or actually finding a real story to do this on would be much easier than having a kid convince everyone he knows that he was shot 3 times and in the hospital...

It's not him, it's The Berrics. That's who produced it.

Will you provide proof that it's fake then?

Just because you can't find any evidence that it happened doesn't mean that it's fake. And no, not every random gang related crime is documented in newspapers. So step it up. If you are the guy to blow this story you could get some serious link bait on your own.

some of you cynics are either complete douches or trolling. freak shit happens all the time.. you CAN get shot 3 times point blank and survive.

Thats how she goes.

People have jumped of 20 story buildings and still survive

While I agree that there's a non-trivial non-zero chance of this being fake, it's worth noting that he was 17 when this happened. If it did happen, there's a good chance his name was never mentioned in reports because he was a minor.
