We IM'ers don't always have the time to get fancy in the kitchen... what's your favorite 10 minutes or less meal when you're at home?

One of my favorites: Tuna/Avocado salad.
- 1 can of spicy thai tuna
- 1 avocado cut in pieces
- some spinach, arugula or romaine lettuce (depending on what I have)
- some onion
- spices (sea salt, ground pepper, garlic powder)

mix everything with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Benefits:
- Quick
- Healthy (Omega 3s + healthy oils)
- Delicious
- Doesn't make you feel heavy and/or sleepy after
- Good for your sexual health and regenerate after fapping! lol

Everything microwaveable, or in emergencies when I'm too busy posting in WF or doing something productive I"m all like "Mooom, make me a sammich"

Yogurt + Bananas (8-9 sliced pieces) + Orange ( 3-4 Pieces ) + Soft Cheese
All mixed, and eat while I work.

cup of instant rice spread onto a plate
can of stew or soup heated up in the microwave
pour stew on rice

I still eat it all the time, so good and costs like $2

I always spend the time to make nice dinners. Grab a beer, throw some music on, and spend some time chopping up all the veggies, garlic, ginger, and whatever else, and cook up an amazing meal for us.

One, it tastes fucken good, and it's always healthy. And two, it's the one thing that completely gets my mind off work. With basically anything else, I'll always have work on the back of my mind.

Boil some noodles while frying up (in a wok) some mushrooms if you want, as well as whatever vegetables you have lying around.

Once the vegetables & mushrooms are really close to being done, drain the noodles, chuck them in the wok with the frying stuff until they become about half the thickness. Add in a good amount of hoisin sauce and mix it in for about a minute, while still leaving it on the heat.

Porterhouse on the grill. Baked potato in the microwave, add butter, sour cream & cheese.

Pork Chops with various seasonings on the grill. Some fresh green beans steamed with a little lime, olive oil and pepper.

Chicken marinated in mojo, cut up and put on shish kabob stick with onions, garlic cloves and other veggies.

Basically anything on the grill.

A lot of you guys are thinking dinner, while I was thinking mainly LUNCH when I opened this thread.. Let's say it's 1pm and you're totally focused on work, yet your stomach is growling so you want to go to the kitchen and eat something quick so you can get back to work ASAP and not completely lose the momentum!

We cater lunch to the office everyday... but when I worked from home I had a list of delivery places.

If I wasn't up for delivery, I kept some fresh Boar's Head turkey, ham, etc on hand and would make a quick sammy. Lettuce, mayo, salt & pepper a must.

Sorry, my bad.

1. Ask wife what's for lunch.
2. Eat
3. Go back to work.

Occasionally I eat a large bowl of spaghetti. Just spaghetti, salt and butter. You can almost feel your heart dying a little.
