Did enough crazy NYE all-weekend parties in my 20s to be happy staying in now.

It's fun and all, but waking up on January the 3rd barely knowing where you are, who that is next to you, and what your name is gets old after a while.

The wife and I are having 6 friends come over.
We'll have some home made pizza, nachos and mini hamburgers. Various small snacks and Haagen Dazs icecream. A range of drunken Gummi bears (soaked in either Gin, Tequila, 43 or white Martini). Lots of strong alcohol drinks and cocktails. And of course various excellent Belgian beers, such as Duvel, Chimay, Grimbergen, Kwak, Westvleteren and Sint-Bernardus.

That will fill the evening from 7pm to 2am. After that, we hit the pubs, which is just 50 meters from our place.
 
Was planning on staying home, ended up joining the crowds of drunk hot singles downtown.

My 31st was apparently too shitty to handle. I got pissed drunk at 1130 and slept in the car till 2. When I got up, everyone else was pissed drunk. Fucking faggot friends I have.
