Damn.. I should have booked sooner.

Ah well.. here are the choices we are looking into right now:

1- Shore Club
2- Delano
3- Ritz-Carlton (3 diff locations)
4- Loews Miami Beach
5- The Palms
6- The Hotel of South Beach
7- The Westin (Coral Gables)

Everything else is pretty far from the conference, which is good and bad.

Shawn - Next year.. PLEASE make it at the Westin Diplomat!! That place rocks for conferences, and there is no such thing as sold out rooms.

I honestly don't give a fuck where I stay.

When I was at Ad-Tech in SF I was like a block away from the conference, but the fucking room I was in was like 300x300... and you had to fucking share the bathroom with all the fags on the floor.

So, it's safe to say I can pretty much put up with anything.

We looked at it this time around - there was some reason why it didn't work out, but I don't recall.

I have reserved WF 25 rooms at COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT® MIAMI DOWNTOWN HOTEL Miami Hotels Miami Florida - Official Hotel Website We are working the contract out now. The rate is $109. As soon as it is final I will give you details on how to book it. It is 2 blocks west of Intercontinental.

Hey Jon,

I would have loved to have had it at the Dimplomat, too. It's a great property and a fantastic location. Unfortunately, they couldn't accomodate us this time around for the sets of dates we were looking at. We're such a space-intensive group with having four concurrent tracks on top of our general sessions, exhibit halls, networking areas, dining, etc., that it's hard to find enough real meeting space to make it work if there are any other groups in-house.

Looking forward to seeing you in Miami!
