one year later...wickedfire is beginning to suc

There are a lot of new wickedfire members contributing to this discussion who joined in the past few months or so. What they don't understand is that the so called 'decline' of wickedfire began following ASW which a lot of you newer guys may be unfamilliar with.

ASW (affiliate summit west) was a hyghly hyped affiliate summit that took place in las vegas in the later half of 2006. The expectations were high, and it was unequivocally a major letdown.

Many wickedfire members attended, taking time off work and paying for air travel and lodging to gain further insights as to how to make money online as well as network with other like minded people. But the presentations were uninspiring, and consisted of rehashed material. Many people walked out which usually doesn't happen unless the caliber of material is very poor. (remember they took time off work and payed for travel in order to attend ).

The point is, older members here lost faith in wickedfire following ASW and it has been that way ever since to a degree. Too many posts and threads catering to newbies. No much rehashed material. Noobs need to be hazed; now we're spoonfeeding them.

I don't think enough people said this, so I'm going to say it too...Don't be a pussy, use your real screen name.

I have been here since the beginning and this place still beats the hell out of any other internet marketing forum on the internet. I've learned a hell of a lot here and I learn more every day.

All forums go through phases and level off. I still don't really see what you are talking about though.

It's so easy to tell, even without the IP tracing.. The same remarks of posting without thinking, the same stupid mistakes, come on dude, get over it already and just go to another forum and scam their members instead. We are done with you, and have been for a while now. Admit defeat and move on. Also, you may want to find a new career, because you are on every network's banned list, and if you blame me for it, then it just shows ya how stupid you really are. You were the one that scammed people out of money and trust, not me big boy. You're the one who lied about having cancer so people would feel bad for you, not me. You're the one who lied about making money online with arbitrage and whatever else you claimed you did, not me. And finally, you're the idiot who got drunk and told Lerch all about living off of a trust fund and never really making a dime on here, not me. So enough of the blame game, because I'm not afraid of you or your threats of suing me for whatever it is you think you have a case on me with. Because there is a pretty substantial list of people on here and elsewhere that would LOVE to get your ass into court.

If you do happen to come to ASE (which I kinda doubt) you will be in a world of shit, and not from me, because there are lots of members here much bigger and much stronger with a lot more anger that would have you eating food from a straw for the rest of your days after they see you.

So go write an ebook and poison that whole industry. I'm sure you will be loved and praised as a god, which is what you were trying to do here. But stay away from us and our industry, because your name and credibility here will be forever tarnished with the title of SCAMMER.
 
Thanks Jon. Now I don't feel that bad for posting that guide in the content section for the new members. But still, he made me think twice about it.

The point is that you made an honest effort to help; the most damage anyone can do is correct you (in an asshatted manner).

I might be new here but came across some of the er.. history! What a twat!

Interesting point though...

The way I see it there will always be people that know more about something than you, and there will always be people that know less.

No one will ever know everything.

I'm not saying spoon-feed noobs but point people in the right direction. If people are stupid enough to post here without reading a bit.. well, they deserve what they get.
 
It can't be dingle. Unless he's spent the last 3 months or so working on his spelling and grammar... but c'mon, he wouldn't waist his time on something like that.

The thing about helping new people is some become big hitters and if they were helped, then they will help others. So the forum could go in cycles where you have more new people then old, but it will be the other way around too.
