20% time, innovation, naps during the day, free cafeteria food, sounds like this cat forgot he was working for a profit seeking company that only answers to it's shareholders and not their whiny engineers.

If he still wants that lifestyle he needs to grow a pair and start his own business. Sounds like most of the people who worked at Google had an entrepreneurial spirit burning within them, but were too scared to take the leap. Google gave them the freedom to be creative while still collecting a steady paycheck. I guess the ride is finally over. Either nut up or shut up.
