What does SEO Moz think about http://www.layeredlinks.com/ ? | SEOmoz Q&A

I think Rand is unhappy with WF people ;)

Layered Links is cool, but you guys would be better off if you just focused on creating content that your readers want to link to and looking for guest blogging opportunities. After several years of this kind of strategy, you may find yourselves ranking in the middle of page two for some pretty competitive keywords. Keywords like "SEO Software", and "Go Fuck Yourself Rand, You Condescending Asshole"

Rand didn't actually respond those are 'SEO Experts' that are responding. LOL.

This guy even worked for some big brands at some point.

EGOL is a smart guy though; I remember interacting with him years ago. The mistake of course is in assuming layeredlinks.com cares about ranking for its term -- given screening of clients/projects, it isn't an issue.

Don't forget what your girlfriend told you.

I know you're kidding, but I don't think they mind at all.

"SEOmoz", with a name like that, even SEO's with PhD's will be unable to tell that Rand here is Google's boy and constantly trying to blast Google propaganda out to the world. :-)

"wondering why these people pick names that does not show who they really are"

Onkel, you guys should come up with a manual layered links option. Charge the customers double, let the clients build the links manually.... then SEOmoz will love you!
