Yeah, funny this was brought up. Reminds me I need to put it to more use. In case anyone was wondering, we're talking about content locker pro. Just a bitch to setup with hostgator, forget about it. At least when I tried

I've got it running on 5 or 6 sites right now, but the project I was planning on using it for didn't scale as well as I had hoped, so I'm not really doing much with it other than slotting a new offer in now and then to see if I can up my EPC. Nice software though.

if you spoke with an agent on via chat, they shouldnt be making recommendations at all. get me the info and ill look into it (employee). for that very reason, policy states any hosting recommendations (other than you asking a comparison of plans) is done by the ppl who know better.

oh, and 1&1 fucking sucks. i've gotten screwed over so bad in the past i could never think about switching. blue host, rackspace, are good alternatives. i'd shy away from godaddy, general rule is my registrars are never the same as my hosting providers.

He was sarcastic lol. Everyone knows 1und1 is the worst host and registar on earth.

They even are missing my country in the list when you are registering lol.
 
hah i was just tossing in my hatred for them. my first/last hosting mistake was signing up with them when i got my first shared hosting account.
