I've been starting the day drinking tea and eating something like jam on toast, every day for years and I'm getting bored.

Any of you guys have a good breakfast suggestion? Something not too heavy ...

Here's more Italian goodness for your trouble ...

I've been starting the day with a power smoothie every day for the past 2 years.

Blueberries
Strawberries (or bananas)
Flax Seed
Protein (I alternate between vegetable and whey)
Some other shit depending on what I have

Quick, delicious and healthy.

I make myself an omelette. Fresh herbs, garlic, butter, 2-4 eggs depending on how hungry I am, salt + pepper. Sometimes bacon or black pudding. Usually some nice cheese. To drink, freshly ground coffee made in my mocha pot.

Takes about 5 mins to cook, tastes freakin' delicious, and means I don't need any more food for the next 6-8 hours or so if need be. I generally avoid carbs in the morning because they set my blood sugar yo-yoing.

I eat this most days for breakfast, unless I'm in the mood for something special, like Devilled Lambs Kidneys which is my current favourite. That takes longer to prepare.

Eggs & Potatoes currently with some Organic, Non-pasturized Kim-Chi

Previously it was a smoothy of: 1-2 organic bananas, organic valencia peanut butter, coconut water, and sometimes I'd throw in some protein powder and/or organic plain gelatin flakes. Optionally can add a scoop of organic cold pressed coconut oil. (Strawberries or blue berries are not bad but change up the flavor w/peanut butter).

NOTE: Gelatin + Coconut oil in your meals for a week or two will noticeably improve dry skin, and help prevent sun burn. I ALWAYS get burned and this year during summer I actually got a tan, and was able to hold on to it w/out peeling. Humans don't eat nearly enough collagen as we used to.

Non-Gluten oatmeal w/flax is also good.

Here's my breakfast every morning...

4 hard boiled egg whites. I usually make a week's worth on Sunday night and refrigerate.

1/2 cup of oatmeal microwaved with water. I add in half a banana + 1 tablespoon of NATURAL peanut butter (Smuckers, not Peter Pan)

This is good shit

Oatmeal/porridge with a banana sliced in for the last 30 seconds of cooking. Warming, filling, good for cholesterol and other stuff.

all organic:

matcha tea

kiwis

banana

oatmeal (mix in peanut butter & flax)

hard boiled eggs

I eat the same meal every day:
wholegrain cereal without any milk ( just chew that shit), a banana, a few spoons of peanut butter, whey

Depends on the morning but, I usually have:
Smoked Herring and Scrambled Eggs
Boiled Eggs (7 minutes boiled) with chicken livers, onions, garlic and rosemary
Fried eggs with sautéed tomatoes, ham and mushrooms
Oatmeal (prepared the night before) soaked in apple juice, milk, sugar
Scrambled eggs with cream cheese and Smoked Salmon
Scrambled eggs with creme fresh and caviar on top.

Make some fruit crepes.

Fuck me that looks good. I love a good crepe.

Sadly most days I forgo breakfast, but when I am having it regularly I usually have a bowl of Cheerios, a glass of orange juice, and a slice of toast. I'm weird like that, I even order Cheerios at restaurants.

I used to get the same brand but steel cut. Took me shit load of times to cook and prepare.

Rolled oats FTW.
