Obama signed NDAA into law which removed the provision of due process and legalized the assassination of US citizens. Obama will forever own that. With The Patriot Act they could take our privacy but now with NDAA they can take our lives and they never have to even charge us with a crime.

The evidence is right out there in the open. If you actually researched Obama and his associates, you would find their foreign intelligence connections all over the place. Believe what you want. Guys like you are a dime a dozen. Obama is the last president and this country will be a crater in the ground when he is finished.
I bet you a bajillion dollars you are very wrong that he will be our last president and within 4 years this country will be a crater in the ground. Every single president we've had in the last century has been extremely well connected, that isn't proof of anything.
I want proof of this Communist regime on the inside really. If you can provide that from a site not built with Front Page '97 then maybe we can get somewhere in this discussion.
I think the argument that Obama HASN'T done anything as a case for his inability to lead this country is much much stronger than the case that he HAS actively attempted to destroy the very foundation of this country via some internal hidden Communist rebel group.

Have you done honest, intense research into Obama's history and associates? And I'm not talking about looking at it through the prism of "zomg wingnut deep south troll", etc.. You could start with Commieblaster and go from there.
I have never had any compelling reason to thoroughly research his history and associates beyond his professional career as I don't have anything in particular to look for. To me, he seems to have lived a pretty standard politician's life and seems actually pretty well suited for the job compared to some of his opponents to be honest.
Are there specific people or events you're alluding to?
This is not a slam on Obama, just a little mental exercise about the direction the country has been heading in for years. Let's look at Marx's 10 Planks of Communism. These were the 10 changes he deemed necessary to transform a capitalist system into a communist one:
- Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
- A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
- Abolition of all right of inheritance.
- Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
- Centralisation of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
- Centralisation of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.
- Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
- Equal liability of all to labour. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
- Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of the population over the country.
- Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labour in its present form and combination of education with industrial production.
1 - DONE. Nobody can actually own land, because if you don't pay your property taxes they will seize it. Even if you do pay your property taxes they'll seize it anyway with eminent domain laws, zoning laws etc.
2 - DONE. Graduated income tax laws instituted in 1913 with the 16th Amendment.
3 - DONE. Various inheritance and death taxes, and also many probate laws took care of that. There is still some inheritance allowed but the state seizes a huge chunk for itself.
4 - DONE. If you're a rebel they can take everything, but just try to emigrate from the US and see how much of your shit they confiscate, and will continue to confiscate from you anywhere in the world.
5 - DONE. Centralized banking since the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.
6 - DONE. FCC can pretty much shut down any communication they see fit, and they could shut down the Internet if they wanted to. Transportation is controlled on a Federal level by the FAA and look how quickly they shut down transportation on 9/11. That was 11 years ago without a blueprint, now they really know what they're doing.
7 - DONE (Maybe). The argument could be made that this has finally happened under Obama with Executive Order 13575 and the NDRP, although Department of Agriculture, EPA, Bureau of Land Mgmt and other agencies have been creeping in this area for awhile.
8 - DONE. Unions, Affirmative Action, Minimum Wage laws etc.
9 - ???. This one I'm not sure about although I'm sure somebody here can point out an example of it.
10 - DONE. Compulsory state education is the norm, where kids are trained to become good little workers.
So you see, we are at least 80% of our way to Marx's dream. Obama isn't the problem, this system is the problem. Next time you go out in public look around and you will see the problem. People are fucktards and they want to be led and fed until they're dead. This nation is unfixable.

I'm not really arguing one way or another on this, just kind of exploring the thought processes of it all.
I will however point out that the majority of the things listed above were gradually introduced and as far as I can tell, all voted upon to some extent and so that doesn't support the idea of some rogue internal Communist regime hell-bent on destroying this country. It's really more supportive of the idea that it's natural for a capitalist democracy to evolve into some sort of socialist/capitalist hybrid government over time rather than intentional steering in that direction by knowing agents.
I think some of these are a bit of a stretch (the property one was for me) but overall it's a strong cohesive argument.

The property one isn't correct as UG articulated it.
But he has a point, in that no one owns anything. The government reserves to right to confiscate any of your property, and any of your earnings, and even your life, at any time.
Just a sidenote, there are lots of places without the death penalty (states giving up some of their power?), but it was obvious you were referring to the US, so you're not wrong.

Also, the state reserves the right to kill you if you resist any of its agents or their arbitrary commands.

Obama is just carrying the torch. His critics need to understand that, but so do his supporters. This motherfucker is no different than Bush. But how can you say nobody said shit about Bush and the Patriot Act, Guantanamo, Indefinite detention, illegitimate wars, WMD's, etc - are you deaf or retarded? That's all anybody talked about.
People said a lot of shit about it all but the apathy of the masses prevailed and nothing was done about any of it. It's easier to yell from a recliner than actually stand up and take care of stuff.
There's actually been yearly NDAAs going back to Bush. As for the 2012 version, "leftist anarchist" Noam Chomsky along with the likes of at least one "leftist" journalist and feminist, filed a lawsuit about two weeks after it got signed. They won; the judge declared part of NDAA to be unconstitutional, but of course it is being appealed.
Obama was named in the suit, so essentially they won a lawsuit against the President of the United States. I'm not sure how rare that is, but its certainly not something that Glenn Beck has ever done.
If 83 year old Chomsky can sue Obama, then why can't the multimillionaire Glenn Beck? Why aren't the Republicans presenting this "evidence" in a court of law or in a congressional hearing? Instead the unofficial position of the Republican party is that Obama is a nice family man with good intentions who follows the rules.
