ITT, if someone shoots one bullet at you, you should only shoot one bullet back
So by that example, the US should have sunk a few Japanese ships and been done with it after Pearl harbor?

But it's ok for Israel to occupy Gaza, to take Palestinian land, and to commit human rights abuses against Palestinians?Fuck Hamas. Stop launching rockets at Israeli civilians. Fuck hamas and fuck all radical Islamists.
Even when it is an Israeli doing it to a Palestinian? It's the poor people that suffer, heart goes to all of them.
Since the beginning of 2012, Israel has destroyed 569 Palestinian buildings and structures, including wells and 178 residences. In all, 1,014 people were affected by those demolitions. haaretz.com
From that same article:
Since 2001, when the rockets were first fired, more than 8,600 have hit southern Israel, nearly 6,000 of them since Israel withdrew from Gaza in August 2005. The rockets have killed 28 people and injured hundreds more. In the Israeli town of Sderot near Gaza, 90% of residents have had a missile exploding in their street or an adjacent one.
Israel does not recognize any part of Palestine as a state. Israel still controls the electricity, flow of goods, airspace, etc. The UN and various human rights groups still consider Israel to be an occupying power.
Great since 2005? Uh, no.
2009 :
"One year after Israel launched its three-week offensive in Gaza that killed more than 1,300 Palestinians and damaged or destroyed more than 50,000 homes in a campaign aimed at stopping Hamas rocket fire...
A senior official in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's right-wing government recently confided to a U.N. colleague that Israel's goal for Gaza was "no development, no prosperity, no humanitarian crisis." The U.N. official interpreted that to mean that Israel would provide Gaza with an intravenous drip of relief to keep its 1.5 million inhabitants alive but just barely, in hopes that the people would overthrow the Hamas government..."

Radical Zionism is no better than radical Islam.
Then why do you persistently highlight the violence of the Palestinians, but never the Israelis? What a question? OF COURSE!
This stuff persistently brings out the worst in people. And I am not talking about the Israelis and Palestinians.True, but I think I favor the latter right about now.
Then why do you persistently highlight the violence of the Palestinians, but never the Israelis?
You were posting before I was. Try again.Cause Palestinians already have you.
If I didn't exist, you would still be shamelessly shilling for Israel, so don't try to pass off this bullshit that you oppose all violence against innocents. No one has it easy over there, but never heard you saying anything against a whole year of hundreds of rockets toward CIVILIAN people in southern Israel, and then you ask me this question?
But what is your behavior? You are blatantly ignoring the violence against innocent people to promote your own racist views. As I said it before, scum of earth is on leadership positions and playing, while innocent people pay the price.

This is regular every day people, not terrorists.
guerilla said:Israel kills 4:1, 6:1 and 8:1 Palestinians. Palestianians have no effective government, no army, and no political freedoms. They live under martial law. They are imprisoned without trial and tortured.
guerilla said:And you want to tell me, that because a small number of Palestinians fire rockets at Israel (usually hitting no one) because they have lost their land, their freedom and they are living under occupation, that justifies Israeli government policy of oppression, land confiscation, and human rights violation for the last 45 years?
guerilla said:I'd rather we didn't have a Palestinian state or an Israeli state. I abhor violence against innocents, but to claim the Israelis are getting the worst of this situation is demonstrably false.
But what is your behavior? You are blatantly ignoring the violence against innocent people to promote your own racist views.
How are you better than anyone else?
What's stopping Hamas from ending hostilities
How much you wanna bet none of the anti-Israel folks here are going to condemn this fraud.

Constant sirens and running to shelter. What kind of life is that? How would you feel? Would you expect support from your own government?
Imagine if most Texans fanatically wanted their own nation, and the majority of US citizens also wished to allow it. Now imagine if the US government response was to not grant it, to purposely try to weaken their economy, to not allow them to vote in US elections, etc. By doing this would the US government have provided more or less safety support for Oklahoma residents?
If Texas was given its own state and left alone, but then attacked Oklahoma, then that would be a different situation.
How would you or your government look at it?
What would happen?
Moxie said:I, like the majority of Israelis, would support the other groups choice to have their own state.
Moxie said:The government actually partially recognizes US native tribes as nations.
BBC NEWS | Middle East | Q&A: Gaza conflict
If I had to choose between my house being demolished and missiles being fired at me, I'd go look for a new house.
Norman FinkelsteinOne amusing side note to all this is how the media is rewriting Operation Cast Lead. It's saying that Israel is now using more precision weapons and has learned the lessons of Operation Cast Lead, which is why fewer civilians have been killed. In fact, 90% of the air weapons Israel used in OCL were precision weapons. In fact, the real reason there are fewer casualties this time is that in OCL the goal was maximum destruction and minimum IDF casualties. This time they can't get away with such a goal because they remember the international outrage after OCL and because this time they weren't able to seal the border and prevent foreign reporters from entering. Even the New York Times reportage from Gaza is not bad the past few days. In a word, it's different this time because this time Israel realizes it will have a much harder time getting away with murder.
