Fuck Facebook. If you have not already just go and deactivate that shit site and you will feel increased productivity within few days. Everybody ( including me) was busy there painting a perfect life in front of peers.

email/phone is more than enough for me to remain in touch with people I care about.

Fuck you Zuck, I am free now!!

Zsaleem: Ahh.. time to concentrate now.

I never understood the whole social network phenomenon, but I'm glad you're free from your addiction. Nothing better than increasing productivity, wealth follows.

I think tech is literally killing off humans.. when I wake i sit the whole day infront of laptop, when I am out I stare into my samsung s4, when I am bout to sleep I browse through IPAD..... when can i take my eyes off information and the screenss................

I am on fb about 5/10 mins a day.

Cut down the activity reported in your stream and it gets a lot less noisy.

Just remove the shortcut in your browser (you know you have one) and it will drastically reduce how often you visit facebook because, fuck typing urls.

Never underestimate your own laziness.

I was looking for tips how to quit it too! Thanks for hot tip!

Never got on the Facebook train, and I can't imagine how much shittier my life would be if I had. When I think about how much time the average person spends on Facebook, I'm honestly amazed at how people get anything done.

I've deactivated my FB as well as cancel my cell phone and sold my TV. I've never been more productive in my life. The only thing left until I'm at God-Level Productivity is block STS and Suddenly_Ass.

There is no doubt Facebook often makes people very lazy. Facebook is not good for society in my opinion.

You do realize Wickedfire is basically a social network? Forums are. Anything where people come for social interaction.

BTW, I don't have a facebook, twitter, or any of that shit (that isn't for business; like my company's facebook page, twitter acc, etc). Also, no TV here for me for the last; I forgot how long (years)

@greenleaves

You cannot compare any website with Facebook, it is one of the top 3 websites in the world!

Wickedfire is more useful than Facebook though, to me.

Facebook is not just a social network. It's a strange place. I don't have my college friends /family/even close friends here, yet I feel here much better here than Facebook.

On Wickedfire everybody is not just painting their good life. It's a mix of both - the good and the bad, it's closest to reality one can get. On Facebook you only see one side of people's world, everybody there is a baller, even though they wear Chinese RayBan's or fake gucci clothing.

If you're having trouble with that, try moving your time wasting stuff to your phone or tablet. It's much harder to consume as fast on your phone/tablet, and you don't really miss anything. Kind of like a water hose versus a fire hose.
