Most epic brand meltdown on facebook ever

My next project: lying and trolling to create as much controversy as possible.

Regardless of it being negative... She got the attention. She's winning.. Now if she can just slowly shift that into positive outlook, with apologies, new goals, etc. She just got like a million dollar worth of free brand recognition..

Imagine if she got ahold of Gordan Ramsey again, and they re-did the episode.. Obv they'll do this, think of how many people will watch it. She does a full 360.. They relaunch with new goals/attitudes, and the place will become legendary, it will have a HUGE following.. New stories will cover it again, people will talk about it.

She tells everyone she's going to counselling, people start to feel genuinely bad, she works on herself in the public's eyes. She builds massive amounts of respect in her "new" personsa..

Or take it further since she's already crazy... She divorces her husband makes it public. Blames him, for not boosting her confidence. Blames him for not supporting her, so she was so depressed and lonely and it affect her business/attitude. Women FLOCK to her bakery, they want to support it and the whole women's rights thing. They think her husband is a skuzzy..

Fuarkkk... So much opportunity to capitalize on this new found power, I'm expecting her to waste it though.

......

Damn I could prob write 100 ways to go from here, ha.

Its a classic situation of crazy bitch amy married sucker samy for his money.

That woman is the devil himself.

I watched the episode.

When somebody talk to her, he can have all the freedom he needs to agree with her. Every other opinion, like her food sucks or she is a bitch, comes from the enemies they fight her.

I just love that kind of Democracy.

Two roads.... she ditches the husband, does "tasteful nude" while telling her side to Hef. Or the two of them go on Dr Phil. I really hope Ramsey doesn't agree to a do-over, he's too good for her.

Gotta see the 1st video at the bottom of this article - Watch Gordon Ramsay Give Up on Delusional Restaurant Owners in Kitchen Nightmares - Video Interlude - Eater National

It's unreal. Why the guy in the blue shirt just stood there and didn't punch Samy's lights out, I'll never know.

No kidding. I seriously hope someone fucks this asshole up one day.

And his stupid, fucking wife...typical self-righteous Christian. This is the reason I stopped going to church. I couldn't stand being around these people.

This chick and her husband are nutts, but to be honest it was about time that Gordon met someone that's above him in terms of craziness. I've seen him flip out on many clients before, heard him insult people numerous times. One time on Hell's Kitchen he made someone cry by calling them a "stupid fat ****" because they served him slightly overcooked scallops. I mean really? How respectful is that? Gordon is no angel bros... and I'm glad he met someone that was too much for him to handle, maybe that'll make him re-think his own attitude sometimes.

But these people sign up for it. I refuse to believe that someone signs up for that shit having never watched the show. What do they get out of it? On Hell's Kitchen he launches careers. On Kitchen Nightmares he saves people's businesses, gets them all kinds of free shit not to mention the press their restaurant gets for just having him restyle it. He's a dick, no doubt. But people know what they are getting into and they benefit from signing up so if they get yelled at I can't feel too bad.

This is what the PR company seems to be doing -

Other Side of Amy’s Baking Company Controversy in Scottsdale To Soon Be Told

SCOTTSDALE, AZ. MAY 15, 2013 -- Amy’s Baking Company will host a Grand Re-Opening on Tuesday night, May 21, following unflattering portrayals on national television.

Customers will be able to decide who is correct: a famous celebrity chef or the marketplace that has supported the small, locally-owned business for six years.

When re-opened, a portion of proceeds will benefit a charity organized to bring awareness to cyber bullying.

Seating is limited. Reservations may be made by emailing sjones@rosemoserallynpr.com.

Diners will also have the opportunity to meet, and judge for themselves the character of owners Amy and Samy Bouzaglo, who have devoted their lives to and earn their living from their small restaurant. The Bouzaglos have been married for 10 years, after Sammy emigrated from Israel.

The owners will likely be holding a press conference before the Grand Re-Opening and answer falsehoods depicted on a reality television show, including assertions that the restaurant confiscates tips from servers.

In fact, wait staff is paid $8-$14 per hour, two and half to nearly five times the standard hourly wage for servers.

Questions will also be answered about what happened to their Facebook page.

Amy’s Baking Company was recently featured on the hit PBS show “Check Please” and has received A+ reports from CBS 5 for kitchen preparedness.

“We are very upset by what has taken place, apologize about the acrimony that has ensued but now must fight back to save our business. We hope and believe much good can result from what has transpired. We ask the public to keep an open mind as we begin to tell our side of the story,” Samy Bouzaglo said.

I believe this is a flawed premise in their reputation rebuilding endeavors.

Fighting it any further would primarily mean destroying whatever little goodwill they have. People, even friends (if they have any), would now want to dissociate themselves from the brand.

A better train of though would be -

1. A public apology. Accepting their mistakes and rectifying whatever they have done wrong.

2. Hiring a professional chef. Getting a bunch of sous chefs to assisst in the cooking. Overhauling the kitchen to accommodate multiple baking orders at one ago. Working towards a better supply chain management and order processing.

3. Coming clean on their policies regarding their wait staff. Letting them keep their tips. Getting in touch with their old wait staff and apologizing them and letting them keep their jobs. Banking on the sympathies that these people have garnered everywhere. And letting them see their business in a renewed light.

4. Getting into therapy publicly.

And some other things that can only be noted after a thorough analysis of what is really going on.

That is how I would've done it, had I been involved in their PR.

I mean at this point, ridiculing or going against the word of a Michelin star chef with restaurants across the globe and one who's known everywhere for his knack of perfection would only mean ruining their credits even further.
