Then they "investigate" themselves, give themselves paid vacations, and come to the

I just called the right now, and accused them of being murderers. The dispatch bitch hung up.

I called them again, and screamed bloody murder into receiver at point blank range.

If nothing else, the bitch has an earache now.

If you really wanted to do something besides prove you're a prime candidate for retrospective abortion, you could help inform people of this incident.

You know, instead of screaming at a woman that did nothing to cause the death of the guy.
 
This happened in Tampa too. They continually peppered sprayed him while he was handcuffed to a chair until he went into cardiac arrest. Of course no one was prosecuted for the murder.

The you tube vid has 800,000 views and like I said the woman, who represents the department, rudely hung up on me. A department which arrested witnesses and confiscated cell phone video recordings.

But you're right, we should all just simply inforrm and do nothing whatsoever further. That will really dissuade futher abuse. How horribly misguided of me. You're right, I'm the one who should be killed.
