At the ISP level. What comes up when you try to visit pirateproxy.net (did happen to tpb too, until they changed to .sx - it won't be long before that gets blocked too though):

(the non archived version now comes up with a blank page, but the block is still in force, and that page is what loads.)

Already begun a few years ago. UK already has ISP level filtering in place, which has paved the way for this bullshit.

TBH I'm not bothered about it, but am bothered about the way it is brought in, with no science, no studies, just a ponces opinion based on a few mums who hate porn.
