I've been riding them up for the past year and Credit Suisse just upped their price target to $148

But 30k isn't much... Divide it up and put it in some in some risky etfs, stock index funds, gold, bitcoins and leave it.
 


Wait for Bank of America to get above $15.50 and snag up all the shares you can. Enjoy the trip to $20 from there.

Yes I adopted this strategy in a post-coital conversation about her money this morning. It wasn't easy saying I didn't want to be responsible for her losing her cash. while her tits were resting against me.

I think an Italian amber doll factory is the way forward - 'Monica doll' or 'melita doll'.
 
I'll put it like this, last night when BTC went down to 370 - I put 9250K in for 25BTC... Now BTC is at 436.50 and still rising...

I say get on the boat now before it's too late

Invest it all in bitcoin. If she really needs the cash, just withdraw it 2 days later and the value will have doubled.

IMO investing in something "safe" would be a complete waste, because the fact that you're looking for investment opportunities already shows that you don't need the money for anything else. You already have income streams and your usual investments, so might as well throw it into something riskier.

Contrary to popular belief, I do NOT suggest it all gets sunk into bitcoin. All wise investments are diversified.

The USD, Euro, & Yen are totally fucked, so stay away from things that are touched by those three currencies and their direct markets.

How about a 3 way split between bitcoin, gold, & silver? If you know of any sound investments in rising markets like BRICS countries, Chile, or SE Asia, then you might want to consider up to a 3rd of the portfolio in that too... Just as long as you sink a couple thou into bitcoin you'll be happy with those returns later.

#Protip: Monday and Tuesday USSA legislators will be holding hearings on bitcoin, including the DHS, Fincen, and lots of other scary departments. If you're going to buy some, watch those hearings and be ready to pounce on the news... Immediately if these hearings have positive results, or better yet, at the bottom if they have negative outcomes. (like a draconian-sounding new department for virtual currencies being formed.)

Either way though, the Chinese are the new carriers of the bitcoin baton, so no matter how bad the news gets, the price will eventually rise even more because those investors would LOVE to see the USSA restrict bitcoin from it's people more.

I haven't heard of a broadcast, but Coindesk will have someone covering every last bit of it; I'd bet they'll be tweeting the whole time.

Look at the 10-15 year growth of the company, it's rock solid....
