1. Being smart does not make you money.
2. Having money does not make you smart.
But posting shit like this does makes you look like smartfag.

I'm sure a good majority of the people at my bank see me as a dumbass punk kid who keeps getting lucky. I'm even more sure the questions I go in there with sometimes don't help with their perceptions.
Coming from banking I have met several wealthy people that lack common sense, basic budgeting skills, and still seem to become successful. . . I truly don't get it.
The only thought that seems to make sense is that they are so stupid that they seem to ignore things like risk which some smart people over analyze which allows them to edge out people who are genuinely smarter.
FYI, I don't think it takes a whole lot of brains to be successful, but some of the people I have come across are really really stupid.
I'll give you an example of something that happened this past week. Saturday witnessed the crazy success of a new product. Monday sourced it, Tuesday negotiated it, wendsday drove 800 miles round trip. Friday and Saturday sold a 1000 units quadruple the money. In fact it's so good it sold out. So you already know what's going to happen next week.
Success has little to do with being smart. It's all about action. When you see an opportunity you have to jump into head first. I know a lot of very successful people who I consider to be dumb. But at the same time they are buisness savey. But they all have the same characteristics. They are super focused on their goals. They take action and with a stubbornness that most people simply can't emulate.
you're a phaggeot. You were SMART to jump on the opportunity by taking ACTION. No smartness = no intelligence to jump on the opportunities aka taking action.
You become successful by fusing different elements like smartness (lightbulb moments) AND taking action (start working) AND being persistent (work until you succeed)
Thank you. dmnEPC is a dumb cunt. Reminds me of when Ryan Eagle always touted "take action." Yeah, take action on the dumbest opportunities. You have to have the smarts to recognize good opportunities, and then take action. You don't just take action on every single questionable opportunity that comes your way.
Refer to my earlier post.
"Yeah! Genius! Smarts don't matter! All a retard has to do is "take action" by banging his helmet on the doorknob."

All that money and he still has to use a plastic spoon.
Those guys who keep large amounts in banks, they don't need to know how stock operates (if they don't need it), how to close the balance shit or don't need to have "budgeting skills" you are thinking about. They have people for this kind of stuff (they have You). They operate on a different level than you. Especially if they come from wealthy families and actually care about business, they are a way more smart and intelligent than you are probably (in terms of business). They are growing up in a completely different environment than you (family, friends etc.). You see, you are coming from banking so this tells me a lot about you. You call those wealthy guys stupid but, it's you who is/was seating there and taking care of their money.Coming from banking I have met several wealthy people that lack common sense, basic budgeting skills, and still seem to become successful. . . I truly don't get it.

While it's true it don't takes a lot of brains it's still You who is writing this post.FYI, I don't think it takes a whole lot of brains to be successful
Opposite actually.I just saw a statistic that the vaccination rate of kids in Beverly Hills was around 20%. They believe it's like this due to celebrities that have an anti-vaccine stance.
This seems to be a pretty good example of intelligence not being directly linked to success and wealth, right?
Come on now what does that prove exactly? I have no doubt you work hard but as said earlier by someone above, you just don't start taking action on dumb shit but rather use your smartness/intelligence to decide on what you want to take action on. Both skills are required equally.
