Who said I would ever want to deadlift 500 lbs? How the fuck is that gonna increase my endurance and explosive power? BTW my last max rep deadlift was 320. Nothing like your magic 500 but it's there.

Michelle is doing okay. She has another appointment on Tuesday. And no, I didn't start a CPA network, I'm an affiliate manager for one that's been around for three years now or so.

Man I can't wait for tomorrow:

Block 1: (repeat as many times as possible in 10 minutes):
2 75lb dumbell snatches per arm
6 burpees

Block 2: as many reps as possible in 10 minutes
20lb non-bouncing medicine ball slams (dball.com if anyone wants one... $$$$ though)

Block 3: As many heavy bag punches as possible in 5 minutes, focus on power.

Notes: Limit rest between blocks. If possible, I'll do blocks 1 and 2 without resting.

I'm really fucking excited.

where did you get the program? you read the blog from crossfit.com?

i am going to try but don't know where to start
