I had a wonderful week-long vacation at the seaside, back to the city for a couple of days to finish some deals and going to the seaside for another 2 weeks. agreed. I'm also impressed by the main lead's performance (rami malek) in this role, but not that much with the rest of the cast (other than the actor who plays Mr. Robot). It's almost as if the rest of the cast/assembly is a constant reminder that this is produced by a second-tier cable network (USA Network) who couldn't afford better actors

the somewhat lame acting by the supporting cast lol? but all in all, it is pretty good - one of the few shows right now that's got my interest.
p.s - fwiw, 2 other shows I'm seeing right now but they're more braindead, pass the time level entertainment tbh - are these 2 scifi shows - Dark Matter, KillJoys. Don't get me wrong. They're nothing like Mr.Robot, but it's still pretty fun to watch.
I think the IP thing is similiar to phone numbers in tv shows. Why bother setting up an easter egg with a real ip that does something? You can only make the technical part of a show like this so accurate before you start to bore too many people. I'm satisfied with the accuracy and want to see where the story goes. I'm more interested to see what he can do versus what he's typing.
I finished the 2nd and 3rd episode and still really like the show. It's nice that he's opening up a little more and connecting with those around him. I take back what I said about the weird executive guy who said he used KDE. After watching him have gay sex with a man I remembered that people who use KDE are faggots.

Just finished watching episode 4 of Mr Robot and I've got it all figured out.
The main character is insane and Mr. Robot is a hallucination of his dead dad. He lost his mind over the death of his father, a neglectful uncaring mother and years of drug abuse. He is motivated is to destroy E corp because he blames them for the death of his father.
The hipster chick is feminist who want's to destroy E corp because she sees it as a symbol of male oppression and patriarchy. She doesn't actually have any skills or can do anything useful and relies solely on her pussy to get others to do what she wants.
The Muslim chick is a jihadist who wants to destroy the west for it's decadence and lack of morals. Destroying E corp will cause a ripple on effect, eventually leading to the collapse of the United States.
The black guy is a black panther from the 1970's who though they were going to change the world by fighting the white oppressor, but just like hippies, ended up achieving nothing and he is desperately clinging to anything to give his life meaning.
The fat neck beard is hoping to get laid by either the Muslim or the hipster and thinks it's cool to have a black friend. But in true beta style will end up getting fucked over by everyone when they blame it all on him. He is after all, a straight white male. He is obviously the one to blame.
"You thought it was cool to have a black friend? Well you're going to have lots when you get to prison fat boy, they're going to pass you around like a party favor. Look on the bright side, at least you'll get laid."
* For anyone thinking the main character is also a straight white male you're forgetting he is insane and barely knows where the fuck his is half the time, so no one in their right mind would think he was the one to blame. How are the feminist, the Muslim and the black guy going to the drink the tears of the person who's life they destroyed when the guy is to busy hallucinating about houses with 404 errors to realize his life is fucked (that and prison would be an improvement).
