I went from 205 to 165 in 4 months. no acai berry here.
In the beginning it was all excercise (and cutting out mcdonalds), but at like 175 ish it was all nutrition.
upping my carb intake let me down sub %10 levels.
but now i said fuck it and drink beer everynight. Going for 200 by january
then cut down to 180ish
