Pretty gross, I like to give the guy the benefit of the doubt but if he has DVD's of the stuff at the very least he liked teenage/barely legal girls. The guy is 26, he should be chasing after naive coeds and running from cougars.

If he goes to jail he is effed. Seriously effed in the butt, sexual offenders in the big house are always the bitches. He better kick someone's ass the first day or be some big dudes bitch cause their going to go medieval on his candy ass.
 


Actually, guys, I think he is guilty.

To be arrested for such a crime, police have to find the images on your computer first. Sure, someone could be downloading anything on your connection but if they don't find anything on your hard drive then they can't charge you with anything because they have no evidence on it, get me?

The police had to go onto his computer when they performed the search warrant at his house and find some illegal pictures to then arrest him. Otherwise everyone would be arrested because of their IP's appearing somewhere.

This actually happened to someone in my neighborhood. ICE went to this guy's house because they thought he had illegal stuff on his computer, but they did not find anything, so they didn't charge him with anything.

Actually that's not how it works at all. They can arrest you on suspicion of child porn and then confiscate your computer for evidence. If they can't find anything they turn you loose.
 
has anyone considered the possibility that these might not have been underage GIRLS...lol we all just jump to the conclusion mat.

Well, they did charge him with the crime. So they did find something on his computer, otherwise they would have let him go.

Either way, If he did do it, then he should be made responsible and well, serve some time. Lets see how this one turns out.

Poor kids. It's the parent's fault tho. So many of them sell kids in Asia, etc... Real sad :(
