Are any other affiliate marketers battling hairloss? If so, what are you doing to treat it?

The best best options right now are propecia, rogaine, and nizoral shampoo.

Hair transplants can be done but they leave a nasty strip scar at the back of your head, and there is limited donor hair available.

i.e. ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

Hopefully hair cloning and/or advancement in stem cells will be a reality soon...

I've talked with a guy recently who had the transplantation surgery, you can barely make out the scar, you really have to look hard... The only problem is the donor zone needs to be large enough, but it's actually not a bad solution

Hello friend,

Best solution for hair loss is Provillus from MarketHealth.

Good luck bro

If the majority of your hairloss has started within the last 6-10 years; try rogaine (minoxidil) first. I'm 32 and my hair went from receding to a Count Dracula point from the time I was 25 - 30 years old. It was receding when I was a teen, but didn't accelerate til I was 25.

Been using minoxidil since I was 31 and my hair is the same as it was when I was 25.

Nizoral is just an anti-fungal shampoo and really won't do fuck all for hair growth, despite what you might read on some boards.

Propecia is another kind of animal. If the thought of becoming impotent doesn't bother you -- go for it. It will grow back more hair than minox, since it doesn't have the 6-10 year window of success, but also comes with the serious risk of becoming impotent, due to the fact it chemically changes your testosterone levels.

Implants never look natural, so unless you want people laughing at you: I wouldn't consider it unless minox doesn't do the trick and your body doesn't like propecia. Look at Steven Seagal's pathetic hairline.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions...unless you're just doing market research, in which case I've wasted too much time typing this out. :D

Dude... bitches love a bald head. Don't stress over it and remember: The more you lose the shorter it needs to be... or just shave it already and quit worrying.

That's true, but they can still tell if you have the ability to grow hair -- there's a difference.

Your choice to be bald, not your choice to be "balding" ... shave that shit right off if its receding///too far gone

i shave my head with headblade. looks better being 100% bald than having bald spots. girls either love it or hate it. i usually find the kind who hate it aren't my type anyways, so it works out. rogaine and pills are for faggots who read GQ magazine.

interesting fact: it's the females who carry the recessive balding gene... men can't pass it on.

also if you're bald, you probably have higher than normal levels of testosterone, which is something you can brag about to the GQ fags.

If you chose to shave it all off you better get in the gym, a bald scrawny dude just looks like you have AIDs.

What kind of hairloss are we talking about?
Regular, slow, gradual hair loss that happens with age?

Or something far more rapid that happens all of a sudden and progresses quickly and in patches?
If the later, that's probably Alopecia Areata - I went through that about a year ago . Feel free to PM, will describe a few things that helped .

hahaha that's exactly what I was thinking. A bald head goes with tanning & muscles. If you're a white-ass skinny nerd and you're losing hair... shit. It ain't looking good son.

I would seriously look into laser hair therapy. Its kind of expensive but worth the money. It is something that you have to do on a regular basis though, it's not a one-time fix. But no surgery or side affects and it does work. PM me and ill send you some pics of before and after I started it. If you google central california laser hair therapy you will find a good clinic that also sells the laser products to use at home.

Anyway, I'm dealing with a little bit of hair loss on the sides. Nothing bad, but my hair is one of my better features so I want to fight it with what I can.

I like the solutions from Perfect Image Solutions - their shampoo has the antifungal anti DHT chemical (Ketoconazole) that is prescription at 2%, but they keep it at 1% so it's OTC. They also found a way to get 15% Minoxidil and it gets lots of good reviews on Amazon.

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Minoxidil-Inhibitor-Treatment-Professionally-Formulated/dp/B003CHYPCW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1305742737&sr=8-1"]Amazon.com: Men's Premium Minoxidil 15% & Azelaic Acid 5% DHT Inhibitor. Retinol Enhanced Thinning Hair Loss / Hair Regrowth Treatment. (Professionally Formulated): Beauty[/ame]

The 15% Minox stuff is nuts and gets in my hair, but when I DO use it, I stop shedding. Unfortunately, I've been slacker on that lately, so I promised I'd start using it again. Consistency is key with this stuff.

They respond to emails and I like the Amazon reviews.

Shedding sucks. Biotin might help with that as well:

I also eat a shit ton of vegetables.

Seems like you know more than me, but I've definitely read some positive studies on the ketoconazole stuff that's in Nizoral. I'm not going to get a scrip for it though, which is why I stick at 1%.

I don't do anything in my business without looking at some nih.gov studies:

site:nih.gov ketoconazole - Google Search

It's a pain in the ass to rub the stuff in for a minute, and then let it rest for a few minutes..... but you can wash your hands and do "other" stuff, or plan your next campaign (I do my best thinking when in the water - pool/ocean/shower.. haha)

Nizoral does help because it has a "mild" DHT-blocking effect and keeps fungus from hampering your new hair growth. I guess I should have said that it's not a stand-alone product for hair growth...but has been shown to be helpful.

Berto: if you're just starting with minox be careful about over doing things. I only use a single application of 5% a day, since anything more will give me erection problems and/or low blood pressure (feel tired.) It's powerful shit and that 15% stuff scares the hell out of me. It's pretty normal to experience a lot of shedding when you first start, so I'm surprised you noticed such quick results.

Side-effects don't show themselves until your 4 months into treatment, so that's why it's better to gradually work up the amount you use and the percentages of the minox. For me, this is preferable to propecia, since it can take months to counteract the hormonal side-effects if you have a bad reaction to the stuff -- It took me 2 months to get a stiffy after using propecia for a few months.
