I think a good point to make is that the people that get RICH don't think about SPENDING money... but SAVING money. It's the mentality of accumulating wealth.
An older guy I work with... he's about 70 and semi-retired (mostly consulting) tells me one day, "Rob... I'm rich... and do you know why?"
He goes on to tell me that the main reason is because he's driven around in a Honda Accord for 15 years. He could have afforded something much better. Instead, he put all that extra dough into stocks and now the guy is filthy rich. He thought about SAVING money... not how he was going to spend it.
Every penny counts. That's how businesses make money too. How can we become more lean? Where can we cut costs without losing productivity? How can we become more efficient.
I can see the argument about, "now that I have all this money how am I going to spend it." But personally, I just want to live comfortably and accumulate wealth. I'll know when it's time to spend some:thumbsup: .
