I'm into this Canadian rice milk brand out of Quebec called YÜ. Certified organic, non-GMO, nothing artificial added and tastes really good.
Fucking lactose intolerance. Was yours from since you were little or did you gain it? I was a huge milk fanatic all the way up till I was 17; drank 2 big cups of milk every day of my life. Then one day a switch was flipped and my stomach fucking killed me, took a couple days to figure out wtf was going on.
Can't have any type of protein shake aside from 100% egg protein, not even the "lactose free" protein shakes; guess it's the fillers as well.

Watch your Omega .ratios. Almond milk is very high in Omega-6. Most people eat far too much of that already, and not enough n-3.
Hormone-free premium milk from grass fed cows should be higher in Omega-3, so personally I'd stick with that.

I like the Coconut milk personally. Mixes great into shakes and what not.
That shit is loaded with saturated fat. Aside from the negative health effects it might have, your body will want to store that as fat instead of burn it off.
