I know a girl that was "raped." By rape, she means she drank herself unconscious and unresponsive and left her vagina for the taking at a party with only guys. Cause she prides herself on being "one of the guys."

You know, I like to leave a gold bar lying in the middle of the street, so when someone takes it I yell "THIEF!", and then I can carry on for the rest of my life about how someone stole from me.

Whenever I hear about stuff like that I always think both parties are to blame. Rape by definition cannot be asked for yes but at what point does common sense come into play?

I know a couple girls with the same story as well as a few guys. The difference is the guys accepted partial responsibility for their inebriated state and lack of judgement while the girls refuse to.

And yes it's possible for guys to have non consensual sex. I've recently been informed by my buddy and his gf that my kill count is higher than previously discussed due to being blackout drunk and banging two girls on new years.

Don't see me crying rape.

Some of the US laws are really fucked up. Even third world countries are much better on this.

her being drunk does not give them the right to rape her.

Problem is, no one can find the women to serve her. At this point they are going to try to just get a default judgement. She had filed for public assistance recently, so there is a good chance all that money is gone anyways, so good luck to the school trying to see any of that cash.

IF you took all the money in the world, split it equally between everyone, within a generation you would wealth gaps. How do you go through a million dollars? Just putting it in Government bonds you could of got like 30-40,000 a year in interest back then.

From ancedotal evidence what I've gathered most false rape accusations occur a)when a girl is drunk and hooks up with a guy and then regrets it the morning later b) she has a boyfriend she cheats on with another guy, and makes up a false rape accusation to make it seem like she didn't cheat c)the guy is in a position of power.

A) is complete bullshit because you don't see guys claiming rape when they hook up with an ugly/fat chick when they are drunk. Unless you're zombie drunk or passed out and can't given consent then a drunken hookup is not rape. If it was then most of the world would be behind bars.

B)Bullshit.

C)Happens a whole lot. Look at the Julian Assange case. Famous men are easy targets of rape accusations.

Anyways, I"m being paranoid but the fact is that I've heard of enough horror stories to be paranoid.
